Our Muscle Gain plan will provide you with meals containing an average split of 30% Protein – 40% Carbs – 30% Fat, and an average of 2,000 kcals a day for Men and 1,300 kcals a day for Women. (Mass Gain Option : 2500 kcals/Men & 1800 kcals/Women)
