You can select the amount you want for protein & carbs too. For example 200g chicken and 120g sweet potato. This customized menu is ideal for anyone looking for specific macro’s or following a guided diet from their trainer. You can order as little or as many customized meals as you want! Try our unique and very nifty Fitness Food HQ custom meal plan builder. Simply select the amount of each item that you want for each meal individually. Simply choose your protein source i.e. Chicken, Beef, Turkey and so on, and the amount that you would like. Repeat this process for carbs and finally what type of veg (if any) that you would like.
Complete this process for the total number of meals you require and hit ‘Add To Cart’.
This plan is ideal for anyone who is on a macro plan from their coach or is looking for a customised meal builder option to suit their diet.
How to Use The Meal Plan Builder
Enter the number of meals you would like by inputting the number beside the ‘Add To Cart’ button. For example, if you would like 3 meals per day for 5 days, simply enter the number ’15’ here. If however, you would like just 1 meal per day for 5 days, then enter the number 5. The page will load a drop down option menu for Protein, Carbs, and Veg for each of the meals you require.
Simply select your desired Protein, Carbs and Veg for each of the meals in your order.
That’s it. Just hit ‘Add To Cart’ and we will bring your right through to the checkout page so we can complete your order and get your tailored meals sent right to your door.
